Im so stuck it's not even funny iv been playing for months now and I can't get anywhere. What do I do after I have all three keys I don't know what they are called but I hope you can understand. Please answer qiuck be fore I pull my hair out!!***

If you have all 3 Dark Temple Keys - go fight the Boss for that Temple in Dark Aether...
If you have 3 Sky Temple Keys - you'll need to find 6 more before you can fight the End Boss...
It helps if you let us know where you are or what you did last, without that, we don't know how far you are in the game...

You are probably, in fact, very likely in Agon Wastes. Otherwise, you would know what the keys are for, where they go, and what to do after. Once the keys you probably have are taken to the Dark Agon Temple, they will show you what most of the game is about: finding keys, transferring energy, and killing monsters!

I'd wish you good luck, but you've probably beaten the game by now,
