Question for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

I am stuck in sanctuary fortress. Im trying to get the screw attack and I'm in the main reasearch chamber. I can't destroy the sonic emmiters to open the door and go through the portal like the walkthrough said.

PLEASE HELP IVE GONE THE ENDS OF THE WORLD AND BACK.

Put on the Echo Visor, shoot the gate with your Power Beam to reveal a pattern of sounds, then shoot the orange objects with your Power Beam to repeat this sequence of sounds...

(i'm sorry to say this but here it goes)if you don't shoot the all sound thingys and leave the room you will have to restart your game from the begining.....so you should save before doing this.But if you leave and shot only two and saved your ****** sorry man/girl..
