If your talking about the very frist boss (Alpha Splinter and Dark Alpha Splinter) hear that you do. After beating the Dark Splinters just lock on to him and hit him the charged power beam and watch his movement and you can doge his jump attack. Do the same thank with the Dark guy.

Thats easy just use the dark beam or use 1 missle and when alpha blogg charges at you at the right moment use ure super missle
