Hey man - first thing, Scan him! Now, lock on to him and position yourself with a pillar between the two of you. Always have the Power Beam charged up and continue to circle the pillar - eventually he'll shoot the Grapple Beam at you - if he gets caught in the pillar, make your way around to his back side and nail him with a Super Missile. Keep doing this until the pillars stop working - then keep hitting him with charged up Power Beam shots to stun him, get to his back side and hit him again - repeat this until you defeat him!
