I have four artifacts and have the thermal visor and water suit.
My problem is that I can't find a way to continue.
I've tried for weeks, but I need things as "grappling hook" and plasma beam.
Does anybody know where I should head next?

Well - if you've been at this for weeks - hasn't there been a Hint provided to you...
Anyway - I'm guessing you just got the Gravity Suit last and haven't used it all that much yet - well - that's about to change...
Get back to your Ship in Tallon Overworld (and Save if you wish) - now go to the Frigate Crash Site and go under the water - there's a Missile Expansion on the left there amongst the wood - now make your way to the right and pop up on the other side of this lake...
Get out the Ice Beam and enter the past (this is the Ship that you started the Game on)...
