The bullets in Bowser's Lovely Lift are very hard to dodge. Jumping over them is very hard, but it, on the occasion, does work. When Bowser fires the bullets, just keep running into an opposite corner, that is also another strategy. If that does not work, keep playing it (if you are in Party or Solo Cruise, playing Bowser's Enchanted Inferno).
