Easiest way I have found is every time you beat a board in solo cruise you get an extra 500 milage points

Play King of the River (you can buy it in the Duty-Free shop). If you ace all the games in Easy mode you can earn 1,250 points. Normal mode can earn you around 2,000 points, and Hard mode can get you from 2,500-3,000.

The easiest way is to play solo cruise or king of the river.
