Question for Kirby Air Ride

How do I unlock the Air Glider mode in City Trial? I have all 4 drag races and mostly everything else, but it won't open. This irratates me because I can't get the Dragoon. Please help?

Just play it in city trial and come in first.

What I did was played city trial, shuffle, and then found a wheelie bike, and busted the swerve star with it. Now sure if that is a coincidence or not, but it worked.
