How do you get points in cooperative mode to unlock arena's like the test lab and the burn chamber

Try to complete the level in a certain time frame or as I have done just keep on playing through the levels and hardly losing any of yours or your team mates lives

u have to beat the co-op levels and do the special objectives for 10 points each
