How do you win the last level i want to now i tried it for months so please

When you get to the turret with deovolo shoot the joint below the floor with an at-420 and when he activates the missle as quick as you can go to the wall where he was above and run along that down a little and cross the path avoiding the flames, and enter the opening and shoot the rocket as fast as you can.
