The second level is tought for me too, you have to shoot out the tires when the guys with the cars come arround( I think some of them you need to take out two tires) then when the helecopters come arround kill the guy inside then keep shooting the helecopters till they blow up. Kill all the guys that stand in the street shoting at you, blow up the barrels in the block, at the gas station block, blow up the chopper first, then shoot missils at the gas pumps, then shoot the cars. Kill all the guys in the fctory thingy, including the two outside before you enter, and the guys on the rail above you before the room W/ the gigantic gas tank.
