What is it that ann likes most and is there any cheaper way to get a three lvl house?

One way to get a cheaper house is to click on remodel at Woody's place. Then choose on of your houses to remodel. You can usually upgrade the level of your house or change the style of your house,instead of buying a whole new house.
I'm a little unsure about Ann though I think she likes potatoes and Rare ores
No way to get cheaper house. I just gave a little bit of my findings in the mine
to Ann everyday. /Shes always there/ Try giving your most valuable find to her.
Easiest to do in winter.
