Ok I'm playing as a boy. And I'm going to marry nina she has 7 hearts I know she needs 8 but I'm trying tto get a level 3 house and I have 25 notes.....how do I get more notes? And how come all the time a festival is cancelled?

You do not have to have 30 notes so don't worry about that. The only thing that you need to do is buy a level 3 house and a double bed. Then the beginning of the second year you will get the blue feather.

Well I can't answer how to get more notes but the reason a festival is canceled alot is because you need to donate stuff in the box by the message board in... Aw well you know where
Most of the time festivals are cancelled because you aren't married.
YOU NEED 30 NOTES!! For a Level 3 house you must befriend Kurt, Joe, or Woody to one heart. Joe likes stakes A LOT. And about the festivals-say the pumpkin festival was cancelled-it's because you needed to donate a pumpkin in the collection box (in the Square) before the festival day. And the Egg Festival was cancelled because you needed to donate an egg in the collection box in the festival day. I hope I helped.
