I have a baby and it has been 1 year. Hes not a toddler. Why and when will he grow up? Please answer!! Hes so ANNOYING!!!!! He cries about 15 times a day! Make it stop!!!!!!!!!

Well I think each year they grow up one more year older so right now he is probably two years old and at that age he will probably still be acting like a baby until he is about 6 years old but if you want him to stop crying then every time he does cry hold him and he might do it less

For him to b a toddler you need to have him to at least 3 hearts, and have him 4 two weeks, although you have that down.
If you already have him up to 3 hearts head into the clinic and c what happens.
I have a srtategy guide that says that you will take your wife (or husband) and your son to the clinic for a checkup, after Alex is done checking everything your son should get up and walk around, which is when you will get the "You Can Walk Note".
