Second House Question
I read on a website that if you get a level 3 house, a double bed, and have 30 notes or more you will get the blue feather from the mayor. I didn't know you had to remodel your current house and I just built a completley new house at level 3. I have two questions, one: can I now delete my old house and use my second house as my regular house, and two: if no, when I demolish my second house will I get my money/lumber back or does it just go away.
