I guess for Animal Kingdom note, you have to befriend or get the most number of hearts of all animals. Hope it helps 'cause I'm a beginner.(actually, I replayed halfway a few times 'cause of mistakes and now I'm in halfway of Summer.)

Oh, I almost forgotten! The guy Anne married, which pinkmoonbunny mentioned, must be Louis. Check him out in the guidebook in the game's cover, it will tell u.

For Art note, you get a gift from Henry, which can be introduce on some day's (I forgot which) before ten or eleven in the morning.

1- Lost Child Not is for when you have 2 or 3 hearts by both Tim and Meryl and they run away and eventually you find them and that's why it's called the Lost Child note.
2- Popular Note. Get 5 cakes on Thanksgiving. (Cake day)
3- Art note: Get Saibara up to 2 1/2 Hearts so he gives you the Aging Pot
And Henry up to 6 Hearts so Lyla sells a Picture of him
4- Expert Angler Note. Catch every kind of Fish in the game.
5- Animal Kingdom Note. Fill your Chicken Coop and your Level 2 Barn all the way up, as in 5 Chickens and 8 Barn Animals
6- Treasure Hoard Note. Ship every kind of ore.
7- Night Owl. Stay awake all night till 5:00 AM. Or 6:00 AM.
8- Patissier Note. Get 2 1/2 Hearts with Carl
9- Traveler Note. Get 2 1/2 Hearts with Basil
10- Male Note. Get 2 1/2 Hearts with Bob
11- Meek Heart. Get all 99 Notes and go to Goddess Pond.

1. Get 2 hearts with Tim and Meryl, come home and loud knocking will occur. Watch the event and you get the note.
2. Get 3 hearts with the townspeople (Atleast 5) for cakes to get this note.
3. Get Henry up to 6 hearts and go to Lyla's shop and buy the painting found at the bottom of the list.
4. Catch the 4 kings (Fish) [[I still havent got it but my friend has ._.]]
5. Buy all the animals from Blue Sky Ranch. (5 chickens, 8 barn animals of your choice)
6. Ship every ore including junk ore.
7. Stay up all day and all night until 6 in the morning the next day.
8. 2 hearts with Carl
9. 2 hearts with Basil
10. 2 Hearts with Bob
11. Go to the Harvest Goddess once you get all the notes, and you'll beat the game(:

Expert Angler Note- catch 1000 fish (?)

Book Note- Get all the books in the game, just visit the library and go through all the books in Spring, and Fall, (because the library contains the same books from Spring to Summer and Fall to Winter.

Night Moon Note- attend the Moon Viewing Festival with a special some one.

Social Craftsman Note- receive a gift from Joe. BTW- almost all characters (except Jamie) give you a gift with 2 hearts. THIS IS NOT IMMEDIATE! Likes fish

Cool Craftsman Note- receive a gift from Kurt Likes, copper, silver and gold

Patissier Note- receive a gift from Blue Likes Milk, and Eggs

Fisherman Note- receive a gift from Ray Likes fish

Shy Guy Note- receive a gift from Louis Loves Moonlight Stones

I have only been playing this game for a week all together, and I already have 50 notes and I'm in my second year. And I'm in High School! I have already surpassed Jamie too.
