I STILL havent found out how to get the orchard and I've been playing this game 4 like 2 months PLZ HELP ME!!!!

Well go to the Spring or Fall horse race and meet Dan and Ronald if you haven't already, then plant one grape tree, then I think you wait until fall if it's not already.
