I read somewhere where you can build on land that future stores will be built upon and I wonder if this is true?

This is not true. I have tried but it on'y turns red where future stores will be built.
Yeah I heard that too. I think you have to be friends with the mayor or something. Idk if it's true or not. You might be able to buy the land but I doubt you can build on it. Idk for sure though...
