This is a question the MUST b answerd I don't know y but I REALLY wanna know plz awnswer ASAP thx and srry 4 posting so much....

As far as I know, no they can't. They can get sick though.

Yes, they eventually die. All of your livestock animals die from either old age or sickness. Chickens can live for 2 to 4 years before death. Sheep live for 3 to 4 years,
And cows and horses may live up to 4 to 5 years. The higher the affection rating, the higher the lifespan. Your dog or pig can't die though.
