You need to get a seed maker, then you put the fruit you want to mix in the machine and thats how you get hybirds : ]

At the end of the second year int the game, try to go into Takakura's house from 5 to 10 pm. There will be a plant that Taka says he bought from a merchant in town. If you talk to it (It's name is Tartan) alot, Tartan will give you a hybrid option. To hybridize (mix seeds), select two seeds and put them in each slot. Then you get a second generation crop!
