What do I wait for if she already excepted the feather?

Wait until the end of the year and then it'll be chapter two when your married to muffy.
You don't really do much after you ask her to marry you. Try to give her her presents still but you don't have to as much. Also after you give her the feather nothing will happen untill the next year. Which is also when the next chapter starts. After the new chapter you will be married
