How do you get ducks and a bear .

You can't get a bear, simple as that. You can get the tiny dog at the dig site. You can't get the turtle by the pond. But you can buy a pond and soon ducks will start appear.
To get ducks you need to buy a pond from the ledger and the next year in spring or summer(im not sure witch) when you wake up your wife will say something and you will have ducks out by your pond. I don't think you can get a bear
