you can sell them to Van on the days he sets up shop or you can put them in the blue and white box in the building across from the Barn.
You can only sell dairy produce in the blue and white bin though everything else must be sold to van or to the villagers by setting up a stand yourself.
Go where Van normally sells his stuff and press A and it should ask you if you want to sell stuff.
