HELP! My friend did not get a horse in the first year, her character is..

There's only 2 possibilities for this outcome. Maybe it was because your 'friend' wasn't able to make friends with Takakura before the first Summer, or maybe the barn was already full with animals and cannot take anymore. I don't think she would be able to have a horse again.

PS. I recommend to start over (yes, it's annoying), because you'll be needing a horse quite often.

Well she probaly never went to yoldel farm and meet the people there that probaly all well hope this helps buy

Your friend�s problem may have been because the barn was already full before the horse was delivered. One other thing is that the spot it goes in may have been filled, because my horse always went in the same spot of the barn when it came each time I start a new game, so that may be the problem. If neither of these is the problem, the game may have just messed up at that time and your friend will have to start the game over to get a horse.

The only way to get a horse is in the 1st chapter: the beginning.
You have to order a FEMALE chicken from Takakura during Spring Year 1.
Then, on summer day 1 of year 1, he'll say, "Hey, I have a new animal!"
