How do you get the horse? What level do you have to be on? Please answer!

You get the horse no matter what...You get it in the summer of the first year
Your uncle or whatever will give you a horse later on in the first chapter
You will get your horse from takakura for free. In the summer of the first year I don't remember what day it was though.
I am pretty sure you get your horse at the end of the first sring spring. Make friends with Takakura just to be on the safe side. He likes milk and eggs.. If you don't have milk or eggs, just give him random things, and talk to him alot
If you are in the second chapter and without a horse.. I would advise that you start over becuase the horse comes in handy later in the game
