ANSWERS

First you give her flowers everyday*if you forget once or twice it's fine* she will usually have 3-4 hearts by the end of spring*flowers!!!!!* then in somewhere throughtout the summer, the harvest sprites will call you up to their house and show you the blue feather*like we use a ring to get married, they use a feather* then when Ceila has four hearts and you think she likes you and your ready. Show her the blue feather, she'll either accept it, or she'll refuse it. *if she refuses it, you MIGHT lose a heart in her diary, but it's nothing flowers can't cure, right?* **if she accepts the feather, your set wedding date will be either the last day of winter. Or the first day of spring*next day***

Give her tons of flowers and once she has 4 hearts give her the Blue Feather you recive during summer

You give her flowers everyday and when she has 4 hearts in her diary (in the loft by her bed at vesta's house)you propose to her with the blue feather(you get it from the sprites in the first summer.)
