3. Depends on how many people you befriend, your son can choose up to 6 different career choices.
4. I have no idea if there's a certain chapter but I think you get the lisard by befriending the yeti thing (He likes fish). But then again thats also how you get the raccoon.
5. I think so, because she always shows a heart when talking to you and when marry someone and tell her family about it she becomes sad.

13. You get him when you wake up after your wife (around 7:00am) and it will go to cinematic mode and it will show your kid fall into the swamp and the tutle rescue him, then you get him. (This is very rare though).

16. I think there just some stupid thing where you just get to know and you can ethier congradulate him or make fun of him.
