How do you fish????? I've tried for days and can't figure it out!!!!

First you need to go and get a fishing pole from the guy selling rare (and at times rather wierd) stuff. Then, you can fish when holding the pole. My favorite spot is on the bridge by your farm but there are other places.
Take your fishing pole and go by watter and fish the best place is by the watter fall it takes a while to get a fishes atention when the fish bites and watter splashes up reel it in dont reel it in to fast or you will lose the fish fish are great for eating and selling
I have found that if you hit the a button right after the sound stops then you usually catch it but do it real fast maybe even right before it stops.
