Ok, so I have a big problem. I originally wanted to marry Gustafa, but then I changed my mind and want to marry Marlin. So they both have full hearts for me. And I had the blue feather and was going to ask Marlin, but then I hit the Z cheat thing, so now I don't have it. What will happen? They both have full hearts, so will they both ask me or something? Well lets c here....you are pretty much screwed with the blue feather way because it's GONE.......but the one wiht the most love for you will ask you even if the hearts are the same their whole "love meter" wont be....the hearts only change after a certain point but it is continuously going up so jsut keep giving stuff to the guy you want and he'll eventually ask you at the end of the year and if he don't restart and don't cheat....thats always a good start

If you do the item cheat enough the blue feather will come back up. You can also lower Gustafa's heart meter when he is playing his guitar by saying you don't like his music or insulting him durring a random event. Please note:
Someone told me that the "Z" cheat ruined their game. I have never heard of this happening any other time and it certainly hasn't happened to me but be careful. No reason to ruin one of the best Harvest Moon games ever.
Well about the cheat ruining you're game just save everything before you do th cheat cause my game froze like the controller wasn't working but lucky for me I have the wireless controller so I just changed the channel but definatley be aware
