The first cutscene will be triggered as soon as you leave your farm on a sunny day in spring around 10 am for me. If you go in his yurt at the same time on a sunny day in summer you'll get the summer festival. The second cutscene is triggered when you go in his yurt about the same time, maybe a little earlier, and then walk out again. The third cutscene I got at the beginning of fall. I walked out of my house in the afternoon, and the fourth is in late fall or winter. Enter the Inner Inn at NIGHT and then walk out again. You have to have the right amount of hearts for all the scenes to be triggered. Long answer but I hope it helps.
