Date of Question: Jan 2 2008 | Question ID: 105192 Every time I go to the farm the only stuff they offer to sell me is seeds. What's up with that? I'm guessing the reason I can't cut grass for fodder is since I haven't fertilized my pasture, right? Once I do fertilize what are the steps to go about cutting the grass? Help soon please, I'm out of fodder!!!! |
When you go to shop at Vesta's Farm, on the item screen you can turn to other pages of items you can buy. The fertilizer is on the last item page. When you get fertilizer, you'll have to individually place 1 bag on one square of your field and wait a few days for it to grow before you can cut it. But I'm going to suggest that you invest in a Fertilizer maker, which will become available for you to buy from Takakura in your Food Storage Room. This will be a Great investment for your game. Instead of buying tons of fertilizer for $40 bucks a bag, all you'd have to do is throw away 2 items of trash in your barn(flowers, random items, food) to make 1 bag of fertilizer. Just make sure to plant enough squares of fertlizler so your animals can eat and so you can cut it for grass to get some fodder.

Put the controller in the third pocket and press z you'll get all the items you need

I have the same problem! Fertilizer doesnt grow when I put it in the field. Trhe animals are dying and it's too expensive to keep buying fertilizer. Do you water it?
