1. It came out in late 2005/early 2006 depending on where you live.
2. You'll probably want to try looking online, because it's always been pretty hard to find in games stores.
3. Not that I know of, no. But most of the characters from this game will make a re-appearence in Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn which is to be released on the Wii hopefully at the end of this year. Although if you live in Japan it's supposed to have already been released. Also, incase you're worried about not knowing which characters are good and which are bad, keep an eye out of my character guide that I will submit into the Walkthrough section once I complete it.
