ANSWERS

1.To get your wish granted by the dragon you have to find the dragon radar it is just laying around somewhere in the level use the dragon radar to track down the dragon ball on that level the arrows on the dragon radar will point you in the right direction when you come to the dot just dig and you will have it you must find seven of them on seven levels but you can find them on any level.

2.You cannot catch babadi before he gets to the ring.

1. To get the capsule of the dragon it's really not that hard once you have collected all the dragon balls on story mode and beat the game the dragon will grant you one wish and he gives you a list of three different wishes to choose from and if the wish you are looking for is not on the list then you will just have to keep on beating the game and collecting all the dragonballs until what you want is on the list because the list changes every time you beat the game and collect all the dragonballs

2.you can't catch him I have tried
