I have this cheat-sheet thing and it says that on December 8th at 8:00 pm, Jingles the Reindeer is going to be...in town...somewhere. It says to find him, and he will give me a gift if I talk 3 times or something like that. But the problem is, where IS he?!?!? I can't find him anywhere, I have looked forever.
Is jingles even going to be there on the 8th?

Hmmmmm Im thinking that probably it's a fake cheat sheet. He comes on christmas day. He randomly walks around. Oh and you need to have different shirts in your inventory. Hope I helped

Actually, he comes on December 24th at 8:00 pm. He leaves at 1:00 am on December 25th.
