I was wondering.....HOW DO U GET THE GHOST ON ANIMAL CROSSING?!?!?! For gamecube????

A lot of people say that you can see the ghost sometime between 12:00 and 4:00 a.m. But most agree that you have to at least have one to two weeks of weeds in your town before Wisp will appear. If you get near him,he will talk to you in that screen.
