How to get Nookingtons

How do you get nookingtons.I have waited forever and I still have nookway. So please help me

You just have to keep waiting. Make sure you do a lot of business with Nook, especially buying stuff from him. Once Nookway is doing really well, he will upgrade.

There is only one way I know of to get Nookington's. That is to spend 240000 bells (total for all Nook's) on merchandise at Nook's stores. After that, have a friend with another copy of the game come over to your place, and DS-DS (or WiFi) and have him (her) buy any item from Nookway. (The steps can be out of order. An example would be friend visits and buys from your Nook's Cranny. You go on to spend the required 240000 bells. Nookington's is constructed. I still have Nookway, because right as my friend was about to buy, I got called into the Principal's office...)

Despite SchizophrenicMC referring to the DS version while this is the Gamecube version, it's still just about the same process. But instead, you have to transfer the characters from memory card to memory card, which actually allows you to set up a seperate town of your own and not have to worry about someone else. Once there, you have to buy something, just like in the DS version. Then go back, and in a day or two you should have Nookington's!

You must have a character from another memory card buy something from Nookway's. I think it's kinda dumb, especially now that Wii is out and it is more difficult to find Gamecube memory cards. But... There's no changing that now. It is almost as easy to find a GC memory card at Wallmart as it is to find a N64 memory card.......

I am trying to get Nookington's on my DS. I have spent tons and tons of money. I have been reading that I must have a friend visit my town and have them buy something. Then after that happends I have to keep buying until Tom Nook makes a notice. The only problem is I have no friends on my roster *sob*. If you would like to be my friend I will need your friend code, name, and town! My gates will always be open. By the wayy my friend code is 1291 1609 1680 my name is jeffree(mario star ysymbol) and town is: to die!! Please I need all the help I can get. Thank you so much!

1. Spend 240,000 Bells. I know, sounds like a lot, huh? What I did was found the Gold Stereo (I think? I don't remember) And bought it off the catelog from him, and did that multiple times a day. Then I just threw them in the dump. You can get the money for the stereos by putting in the 30,000 Bells code.

2. After you know you spent 240,000 bells, make sure you have town data. (The second memory card that usually comes with your game) Then delete your town withought the town data memory card. Make a new person, put the town data card in, and travel to your old town. Buy anything cheap, (If you can afford it) and come back home. Take out the town data card again, and delete the data. Then, put the card in, and make a new game. You'll have the first game you had, and soon you'll have Nookingtons!!

here is how i got nookingtons.I spent alot of money on merchandise then i used my other memory card and came over to my main town then bought out the store btw if you use another memory card and spend money it still goes toward the 240,000 bells.

(Sigh...) This is how to do it:
Step 1: Pay off ALL of your mortgage, pay until you get the gold statshoe of yourself.

Step 2: Get another carecter from another memory card to come to your town and buy atleast a full inventory
Of items, diarys, flower bags, things like that.

Step 3 (And finale step): Switch back to the town with Nookway and change the date 2 days later and BLAMO! You'll have Nookingtons!
