You need to buy an action replay device for your gamecube before you can use the codes... That is why they are called action replay codes.
Anyway, you can buy one of these form your local game store... If not, look on ebay, or type the term: 'action replay' into a search engine, and you will find their home site (code-junkies) and a lot of different stockists and online sellers!
