Ok.You find a shadow or wild pokemon.You damage it down pretty good.Try to give it a status condition or lower it's defence(th higher defence,the harder to catch.)Then you throw a ball.(this is my trusted catching call.)You think it's not going to catch it.Try this.Push+Hold A+B,then when the ball opens,Hold L+R,then it might make you feel better on catching things.

In order to get all 3 Pokemon you have to beat mt battle without changing pokemon.you have to do it 3 times to get all 3.they have special moves!

Hey, I know many of you do not want to purify Shadow Lugia because:

A. It looks cooler
B. Shadow moves are fun! (lol)

But for those of you who do...

You might be able to do the thing having the tempo at MAX on every set with only Lugia in and in set 9, but I'm not sure.. Anyway, my way's a little complicated, but nevertheless use this method or the other, if it works. As I was saying, you'll need:

A Gamecube (duh)
Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness with completed game file (duh)
Pokemon Colosseum with completed game file
Gameboy Advanced
Any GBA Pokemon game
A GC-GBA Link Cable

1. Properly hook-up GC-GBA cable.
2. Insert Pokemon Colosseum in the Gamecube, while inserting your GBA Pokemon game into your GBA.
3. Pick any two Pokemon, one for Colosseum, the other for your GBA ((NOTICE: Magikarp may be the best choice for all of these trades)).
4. ((NOTICE: THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU HAVE A TIME FLUTE!)) Whichever Colosseum Pokemon you trade, use the "give" command and give it a Time Flute.
5. Go to the trade center (on the gc) and any top floor of a Pokemon center (gba).
6. Complete the trade.
7. Turn off the gc, and put in XD. 8. Trade the Pokemon with the Time Flute with any Pokemon in xd except Lugia (and any shadow Pokemon, for that matter, for obvious reasons)
9. Go to the Relic Stone in XD. Use the time flute on Lugia.
10. Voila! Purified! NOTE: You may want to save first, as many like Shadow Lugia better.

If you havent purified your Lugia don't waste time!it took me a month to purified my lugia.also shadow Lugia is cooler than normal lugia.P.S thank you greevil.

Just use your Masterball on Lugia since it is the only one that makes sense to use it on.

To instantly purify Lugia without doing things over and over all you must do is have the tempo in all nine chambers at the highest level. Then put Lugia in any one of them and it will be instantly purified. I found this at Serebii.net which is a website that is only about Pokemon. Go to it and check it out. No subscriptions needed. This hint is only for those snaged Lugia, (you may also look at this for future prefrencises)here the steps of how to purify Lugia.

Step 1: Purify many Shadow Pokemon.

Step 2: Get the tempo to max on all nine purfication chambers.

Step 3: Place Lugia in chamber nine, if you pull this off, you will see somthing that says, "somthing's different about Lugia, maybe...".

Step 4a: Look at Lugia's shadow bar, it's empty.
Step 4b: Purify Lugia.

Thats all of the steps on how to purify Lugia, also, Lugia will return to normal colors.

First leave several poke snacks in the oasis poke spot and eventully hoppips will appear. Once you have a 36 hoppips put them all in the purifying chamber it does not matter what order you put them in but put 4 in every circle. Put your shadow Lugia in set 5 and it will say something strange is happening to Lugia. Purify it and enjoy your bright colored lugia!
This works because flying is super effective against grass and hoppips are grass flying!

If you plan on taking on Orre Colosseum, this is something to help you.

Pokémon that can set up combos are as follows:

Ninjask
Smeargle
Breloom

An explanation:

Ninjask - Uses Substitue, Swords Dance and then Baton Passes it to a Pokémon to demolish the opposing team with Physical Attacks, also passes on Speed because of it's ability.

Smeargle - Similar to Ninjask. If it's faster, use Spore, Substitue and pass to something that can set up really easily.

Breloom - Very similar to Smeargle. Spores something, Substitues, then uses Leech Seed or Focus Punch.

Other Pokémon that can set up combos are:

Kyogre
Groudon

Kyogre - Drizzle ability means you can hit ANYTHING with the move Thunder. Giving it 100% accuracy + Domination of more Water moves, AND the benefit of Calm Mind makes this thing a true terror.

Groudon - Heck, this thing is worthless with Special Attacks, which is why he's awesome with Physical attacks. Simply put, use Swords Dance, Earthquake, Rock Slide, then a move like Flamethrower or anything related, and give it Salac Berry, it will outspeed a few things and cause some destructive terror.

When you defeat Mt.Battle without changing your team, you get to choose one of the Johto Starters(Chickorita, Cyndaquil and Totidile). The movepool you get for each is as follows:

Chickorita:
Tackle
Growl
Ancientpower
Frenzy Plant

Cyndaquil:
Tackle
Leer
Reversal
Blast Burn

Totidile:
Scratch
Leer
Crunch
Hydro Cannon

The best combo to use in the mega hard orre colesseum that nobody has ever talked about and I almost finished, is using the following combination

1.Use electrode and Golem
2.Electrode if right, sholud move first and use explosion.
3. The tale out a steel Pokemon like metagross
4. Golem shoul then be able to use explosion as well
5.The oppenets Pokemon will die and you will wim
Note: this only works for the follwing types you are going aganist: normal, water, grass,dark,physic,fire etc. Not ghost, rock, or steel.

Some one put a list of how to purify this difficult beastie.
He/She also said that filling all 9 tempo guages doent work.
Well...HE/SHE IS WRONG!!!!

It does work!! I did it. And it doesnt even take ages to do!
As long as they are all full, he will purify instantly. All you need to do then is perform the "Purification ceromony".

Well...if you're having problems grouping a perfect ring together, I have a solution!

First get as many NORMAL-type shadow Pokemon as you can.
Then have at least 2 or 3 "Best Circles".
Put as many NORMAL-types in as possible.
Go run arond in CITADARK ISLE for as much as you want.
Purify them then do it again.
Now take them and make a ring out of four.
Now scince NORMAL-types aren't S.E. On any type, they go perfectly with another NORMAL-type.
And because you're constantly making rings, it takes less and less time!
But there arent 36 NORMAL-type Pokemon you can catch...you still have to work a little.
And if you run out of NORMAL's for a ring, just do: Ft, N, N, N/Fy and that works too.

To heal your Pokemon using the pc put the Pokemon you want to heal in a box then take them back out and viola your Pokemon are completly heald. This also works with Pokemon colosseum.

There are 83 shadow poke'mon in Pokemon : XD Gale of Darkness.

In order to purify Shadow Lugia, you must have all 9 chambers at max tempo.

This is just a little walkthrough for battle Sims. Here is how the simulation should go in the battle sim "Zangoose VS. Cradilly"

1st Turn: Zangoose: Swords Dance
1st Turn: Cradily: Ingrain
2nd Turn: Zangoose: Swords Dance
2nd Turn: Cradily: Barrier
3rd Turn: Zangoose: Swords Dance
3rd Turn: Cradily: Barrier
4th Turn: Zangoose: Slash(Critical Hit, hopefully)
4th Turn: Cradily: Fainted

Generally, use Swords Dance 3 times, then start using Slash. Hopefully you score a Critical Hit. Cradilly is going to use Ingrain to stay in battle as long as possible, then it's going to get defensive with Barrier.

These have to be in a certain order for each
Set 1-Houndour,Speal,Ledyba,Baltoy
Set 2-Sandshrew,Vulpix,Aron,Hoppip

To purify Shadow Lugia you must have full tempo at the new purfiy machine thing in all nine sets and place Lugia in one of them. It will say, "There is something strange going on with LUGIA. Mayby..." or something like that. Just press B after the message appears. Press B again when the choice comes up and after that happens just press A and the deshadowing goes on (I mostly say deshadow instead of purify). Once Lugia is purified it will turn white (as normal Lugias are) and
It's red eyes are gone. I swear this is all true.

When you are at the main menu go to "vs mode",then choose the option on the left, not "group battle".

Then I think you choose anything goes, then choose "ULTIMATE" battle. When the Pokemon come up you should have very rare ones on your team such as DEOXYS. You can also use JIRACHI, MEW, MEWTWO etc.

If you don't like the Pokemon the computer has chose for you, just press B then press A to go back into it. You should have different pokemon

When you snag all of greevil Pokemon and challange hin again he will have 6 different Pokemon they are magnectric, swellow, starmie, grandbull, altaria, and aerodactyl.
