In addition to what the last person said about that 3rd controller cheat, when you press start for the money, don't do it too many times or else the game won't read it all, resulting in a glitch with your game. The glitch is the fact that you can't purchase anything; it will just say you don't have enough money. It's a weird glitch, but yeah.

You don't have to befriend Grant to get the alarm clock. All you have to do is walk into his home in chapter 2 at 5 a.m. He'll give you the clock even if you've never spoken to him.

Actually you can unlock everything there but i forget how to unlock the alarm clock. Okay the first thing you have to do is put your controller in port 3 while your playing the game.(some people say that you need two conrollers but trust me your don't.) After that press z three times.. then put your controller on port 1 and pres start then you cann see 99 items. It doesn't hurt to try.
To get money you want then do the same thing but press start everytime you press start you get $10 000 so press it as many times as you like! but remember to save your game ahead or after. I asure you that this worked for me I just want to tell the people that you can unlock the items with our beings friends with them
