Question for Zoids: Legacy

I went to sandstorm city but they don't let me in and someone says me to earn more ranks by entering battles but I have finished all the tournaments.
Please help.

Try looking at the other towns for another tournament.

I need help, I'm at the sandstorm place and the battle arean say, "ligers, tigers, and wolf zoids are allowed and fixed weapons. Well I have a Blade liger AB, liger zero, and command wolf ac with no added weapons. And it says that I'm not following the rules! What am I doing wrong?
