You need to be at level 10 in your rep group. There's a list of points in an answer on the next page of this thread.

You have to have to have all ten points in your group. Then go to your group leader and she or he will give you the key. Then go to the clubhouses and look for the door that is your clubhouse. Try all the doors till you find it and enjoy. Hope this helps.
