You hav free play mode. You can spend time trying 2 get in the clubhouse depending on you're rep group. Complete their goals, find the trophy and giv it 2 the rep leader, master you're skills, and gain the right rep- this should unlock it.

You can do the rep goals you can master the minigames master your skills get all rep points. Thats really all. Hope this helps you.
