Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Where is ''Cannonball'' Coleman in the second level. My friend says he is by the pizza place by the university.

But to be honest I can't find that either.

HELP.... I'M DESPRATE!

He is sometimes in or outside club xizzle he won't be there all the time though, if you can't find him there buy a phone (if you haven't already got one and keep trying to invite him over every hour, until he comes.
