It's 1 cheat: if you go to the right top of the carnival at 3 am Heidi shadows should be there. You can buy 2300� for 999�.

No there isn't a money cheat but you could try and find the cheat Ninja and then buy a rosebud drink for 100 Simoelens and then drink it and you get about 2000-3000 Simoelens.

The Heidi Shadow is at the carnival from 3 a.m - 4 a.m., get the rosebud, It gives you 2,222$.
