I am where we need to collect the outfit to try and stop Salty from selling the big boat to Daddy Bigbucks...
The only thing I need is the coat... the knick-knack girl told me to check the back of her store but I can't find where her store is!
Can anyone tell me where her store is???

The store is the trift shop. Press A in the clothes and you will find the coat!
Go where the auctions usually at. Keep on checking cause I had the same problem.
Phoebe's shop is opposite the junked school bus and choppers garage.
