If you have beat the game he will be at the little island with the dancing nutria at 3am every night! Then, talk to him until you get -50!!

a good way to skip days is: befriend mezzoalto and he will tell you about the hideout in the school bus.
Now, place a shower in the bus and go to the police station.
workout until you can't (wouldn't take long).
The only thing that will go down is smell and sleep.
Go to the bus shower, and go back to the police station go upstairs and pick a WOODEN couch sleep there you will sleep a whole day!
