Here's what you do-

Where the townhouse house is go up that short steep hill.there will be stars to the right..

Go down and if you have the fanboat boat keys, there will be a fanboat there...

Go to the right of where the fanboat is then go around a small turn.

Soon, you'll see beaver looking things popping out of the ground.

Pick one up and give to that girl (sorry I'm blanking out I can't remember her name...).
