Do you have to go to the bayou to unlock the tunnel, can you live in the tunnel, do you have to be arrested once you come from the bayoowhen the noo running law is put on?

Once you get out of the Bayou, the tunnel should've already been unlocked, because that's the only was to get back. You will get arrested once you get out of the tunnel and start running though.
