Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Can someone help me plz? I need to get the creativity skill for a goal but I dnt kno how to get it....I also need help on the big bucks 1 where I'm supose to but a museum exhibit but I dnt kno how to buy1 or where to buy1

Okay
1. To get creativity, go to the first house on the left from where you started. (The more expensive one) Go left of it and you will see a dumpster (which has the Splicer Island Plans in it) and a door. Go through the door and you will be in a classroom where Polly Nomial and Sue Pirnova like to hang out. Talk to the guy at certain times and he will ask you if you would like to take a class in creativity for $X. Say yes and play the mini-minigame that comes after. To find out what time it is, there's a board you can check under the desk.
2. The museum is in the SimQuarter. That's the place you had to protest to unlock. It's right beside of the fortune teller's house. You may have been in there but not have known it was a museum. Just go up to one of the empty exhibits and pay $X for it and there you go.
