Ok..I've played this game like, a million times but it's been awhile since the last time I played, so I forgot where you get the hoverboat thing to transport you to paradise island.

The hoverboat can be found by going up the road to glasstown from the Sim Quarter (where the market is). As soon as you switch from sim quarter to glasstown, there is a stair case on the right side of your character. Go down the stairs, the boat is at the bottom. Good Luck
